Tree & Annual Yearbook

Origins and History

The Histories of the Ginkgo (Tree and Annual Yearbook)
have been shrouded in mystery.
Jack Gorman, Crafton Alumni '47, has kindly lent
us a copy of the 1923 Annual.

A scan of page 4, of that Second Ginkgo published,
is posted above.

This was the second Annual, or Yearbook,
produced by the Students and Faculty
of Crafton High School.
Thus it is known as  "The Ginkgo - Volume II."

Although this soft-covered Annual is over
eighty years old, it is in remarkably good condition.

We are very proud to have it as part of our Archives and
to be able to share it at Crafton Reunion events.

Scanning and preserving every Ginkgo, to CD,
is our long-term goal.
The first two Volumes have been acquired and
we are actively searching for all others.
If you can help with our quest, please advise.

Just drop us a note at CraftonReunion@yahoo.com.
We'd be glad to hear from you.
